Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains payments, cancellations and refunds for Friday Matrimony Premium, provided by Friday Matrimony.

1. How Premium works

  • Premium is a digital service. It is activated on your account as soon as the payment succeeds, and the full validity period starts immediately.
  • Current price: ₹999 for 3 months, ₹1,499 for 6 months, ₹1,999 for one year, including applicable taxes unless the checkout says otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details.
  • Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Buying again adds time to your current plan.

2. When you get a full refund

  • Money was taken but Premium did not activate on your account, and we cannot activate it within 2 working days.
  • You were charged twice for the same purchase.
  • You were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.

3. When refunds are not given

  • After Premium has been activated, including when you have not used it, change your mind, find a match, or delete your account before the plan ends.
  • When an account is suspended or removed for breaking our Terms of use or community guidelines.
  • For the time that a profile is paused or hidden at your request.

If something stops you from using the Service because of a fault on our side for more than 3 consecutive days, we will extend your plan by the lost time.

4. How to ask for a refund

  1. Write to visagandigitaledge@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, from your registered email address, or use the Help chat in the app.
  2. Include your profile ID, the payment date, the amount and the Razorpay payment ID (shown in your payment history and receipt).
  3. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank usually credits it within 5 to 7 working days.
